Cosentino, the global leader in architectural surfaces, recently introduced two stunning new collections at their Cosentino City showroom in Singapore. The Dekton Pietra Edition expands on Argentinian designer Daniel Germani’s 2023 Pietra Kode collection, in which he reinterpreted three classic Italian stones. This time, Germani pays homage to the Mediterranean, reimagining classic textures like Travertine, Piasentina, Ceppo di Gré, and Campaspero limestone and combining it with Dekton’s ultracompact resilient properties.
The four textures feature six new designs suitable for both indoor and outdoor projects: Trevi’s cream base streaked with parallel veins of grey and blue is inspired by the classic beauty of Roman Silver Travertine; while Polar reveals the beautiful irregularities from the Spanish stone Campaspero, reinterpreted in a hyper-realistic pattern in beige tones with greyish and cream veins, small inlays, and fossils. Certified carbon-neutral, the collection withstands UV rays, thermal shock, scratches, and stains — ideal for high-end settings that demand both beauty and performance.
The Le Chic Bohème collection by Silestone XM, meanwhile, channels the effortless sophistication of Paris, with four luminous hues that celebrate the bohemian flair of the French capital: from the rich emerald green of Jardin to the luxurious gold of the Blanc Élysèe.
Other colours in the collection include the Rivière Rose, which features an intricate sea of taupe and blush pink veins which give personality to a warm white background, and the Château Brown, which sports a subtle marble look over an elegant dark brown background filled with light through reflections of metallic pink-copper and bronze veining. Engineered with Cosentino’s Hybriq+® technology, which uses 99% recycled water and 100% renewable energy, the Le Chic Bohème collection is hardy, easy to clean, and has a high colour consistency.
