For more than 160 years, Frette has built its reputation on Italian textile craftsmanship, transforming fine natural fibres into linens and textiles produced by master artisans in Monza and Milan. Its work has appeared in settings ranging from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Orient Express to the homes of more than 500 European royal families. Today, the brand can be found in over 1,500 luxury hotels, as well as private residences, yachts and jets around the world.
For Fall/Winter 2026, Frette turns its attention to geometry with Design Reform, a collection that explores the relationship between precision and softness. Drawing on a modernist sensibility, structured motifs and intricate jacquards establish a strong graphic language, balanced by subtle curves, fluid lines and tactile materials.
Rich materials and layered textures create depth, while the palette reflects a gradual shift in seasons. Verdigris, a new shade inspired by the blue-green patina that develops on copper, brass and bronze, establishes the starting point before the palette shifts towards deeper autumnal tones.
This sense of transition extends into the campaign, conceived as a continuation of summer. Photographed between Lake Como and Milan, the imagery captures the feeling of returning home after time away, holding onto a trace of the season. Light and atmosphere evolve throughout the imagery, balancing moments of brightness with softer, more intimate compositions.
Texture plays an important role in giving these patterns dimension. The Avant Garde Jacquard, for instance, combines cotton and silk in the collection’s defining geometric pattern, backed with solid cotton sateen for comfort. It comes in Verdigris and Metallic Azure
The Oblique Jacquard – Frette’s signature cotton sateen and silk blend jacquard – features the Across design, elevated with a tactile, high-relief texture. It is available in Verdigris and Taupe.
Meanwhile, the Grace Avant Garde Embroidery applies intricate curved embroidery to the brand’s smooth cotton sateen Grace sheet set, translating the collection’s geometry into a lighter, more delicate expression. Available in colourways Milk/Verdigris and Milk/Savage Beige.
Familiar designs also return in new shades. The Leisure Sateen sheet set and Leisure Twill duvet cover, both made from a blend of cotton, cashmere and silk, are introduced in Grey Melange. The latter incorporates a subtle Across design for additional texture.
Frette’s Ultimate cotton sateen sheet set, designed for cocoon-like comfort and distinguished by its high-lustre finish, appears in a new Moonstone colourway.
These layers extend decorative accessories. The Avant Garde Decorative Cushion interprets the geometric motif in jacquard velvet, backed with wool and offered in Beige/Gold and Forest Green/Dusty Azure. The Woolen Sateen Decorative Cushion is made from 100% wool with a lustrous finish and comes in Forest Green and Taupe.
Design Reform also moves into loungewear and accessories. The dual-coloured Sovana Knitted Shawl in Brown/Ivory combines wool and cashmere and is finished with fringed edges. The cropped Meilora Knitted Kimono is made from 100% cashmere, finished with a belt at the waist and presented in Verdigris.
Frette by Tara Bernerd
Frette’s collaboration with British designer Tara Bernerd also continues for Fall/Winter 2026, extending the season’s interest in geometry through Modernism and Art Deco-inspired motifs.
The Modernism Throw, an artisanal piece crafted from pure virgin wool and finished with precise blanket stitching, appears in a new Pine Forest/Tan colourway. Its motif is carried through to two coordinating pieces: the rectangular Modernism Cushion 001 and square Modernism Cushion 002, both made from pure virgin wool and now also offered in Pine Forest/Tan.
Meanwhile, the Deco Throw 003 combines cashmere and pure virgin wool, features an Art Deco motif and folded hem, and is introduced in Pine Forest/Tan and Rust/Tan. The square Deco Cushion 005, made from the same cashmere and pure virgin wool blend and featuring the corresponding Art Deco motif, comes in the same two new colourways.
