85 evergreen plants along the edge for privacy. The cantilevered patio forms a suspended screen of tranquil white that frames the view, drawing the gaze to the sky above and creating an immediate connection to the pool area below. Three additional bedrooms are connected to private terraces that look upon the interior landscape. Minimalist interiors feature vertical wood panels that add a warm contrast against white walls. Pale stone floors expand beyond the boundaries, erasing the distinction between inside and out. Multifunctional spaces at basement level include a laundry, fitness room and a two-car garage. Rainwater channelled off the flat roof runs into a cistern in the basement and is reused to irrigate the garden.
