Modular and terraced vertical gardens with endangered local flora are embedded into the façade, giving it a sculptural appearance. Components of the external skin include BIPV active panels, glazing with clearview power technology and multifunctional VOS WCCmodular panels. These help to produce solar energy while also purifying the air, reduce noise pollution and encourage natural cooling. A slew of technology and biotechnology features have been factored in too, including an AI and machine- learning system connected to the plants to track their well-being. Ultimately, the intention behind the tower is to improve the surrounds it will be located in, while also giving its inhabitants control to manage their living space.
